This explains what Matlyst (a service of Cyberlyte) collects, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Account details: your email, company name and a securely hashed password.
• What you screen: the parts lists you upload or paste, and the results you save.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage: counts of screenings and AI-matched lines, used for plan limits.

How it's used

• To run screenings, save your projects, enforce plan limits and bill you.
• We don't sell your data or use your parts lists for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: database and login (your company's data is walled off from every other company).
• Vercel: hosting.
• Anthropic: when AI matching is on, material names from your list and candidate NASA record names are sent to Anthropic's Claude to choose matches.
• Stripe: payments.

Your choices

• You can delete any saved screening, or delete your account and all your company's data, from the Account page.
• Turn off AI matching on the screen page if you prefer that names aren't sent to Anthropic.
